  Log in to your Vodafone account online to request a return label or visit any Vodafone retail store with your proof of purchase.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your electronics and attach the prepaid shipping label provided, then drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our technical team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
